KeywordsPeopleUse.com BrightonSEO Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 2023

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Compton Media Ltd trading as KeywordsPeopleUse.

Eligibility to enter

3. The prize draw is open to any person.
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
6. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

7. The prize draw is open to any person. Entries must be received by 6th April 2023. Entries after that time and date will not be eligible.
8. To enter the prize draw like and retweet the KeywordsPeopleUse tweet announcing the prize draw and follow the instructions in the accompanying link.
9. KeywordsPeopleUse will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
10. For an entry to be complete you must have created a keywordspeopleuse.com account.
11. If an entrant does not already have a keywordspeopleuse.com account then in order to enter the competition you will be required to create a free keywordspeopleuse.com account as part of the entry process.

The prizes

12. The prize pool will be:
• 3 BrightonSEO tickets for the April 2023 conference
13. KeywordsPeopleUse use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
14. Winners will be drawn at random.
15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
16. Winners may donate/transfer their prize to a third party with the permission of KeywordsPeopleUse
17. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
18. The decision of KeywordsPeopleUse regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

19. The winners will be notified by email of their prize on the 7th of April 2023.
20. KeywordsPeopleUse will attempt to contact the winners by email up to two times.
21. If any winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 3 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and KeywordsPeopleUse reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

22. Receipt of the prize will be arranged prior to the BrightonSEO April 2023 conference.

Data protection and publicity

23. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by KeywordsPeopleUse for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
24. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at prizedraw@keywordspeopleuse.com
25. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via KeywordsPeopleUse.
26. An announcement of the winners first name and place of work may be made via KeywordsPeopleUse.
27. All personal information shall be used in accordance with KeywordsPeopleUse Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

28. KeywordsPeopleUse does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
29. KeywordsPeopleUse does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

30. KeywordsPeopleUse reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
